Lindsay is an engineering major at Dartmouth College, class of 2024. There, she is a member of Dartmouth Humanitarian Engineering and serves on the executive board of the National Society of Black Engineers. As an international student from Jamaica, she is passionate about helping underrepresented communities access education, and works with two non-profits, Leadership Lab Jamaica and the AIM Higher Foundation, to help low income, high achieving students get full ride scholarships to study abroad. In addition to her passion for equity in education, she is interested in energy conservation and environmental preservation, and plans to pursue a BE in environmental engineering. She is excited by Greenway’s unique approach to sustainable engineering through 100% hands-on learning, continuous improvement and equitable practices.

Thomas Christopher Greene

Thomas Christopher Greene is an educator, social entrepreneur and a novelist. Tom has spent 30 years in higher education as a faculty member, senior administrator and college president. He founded the Vermont College of Fine Arts and served as President for thirteen years. Under his leadership, it became one of the leading graduate fine arts colleges in the country. Tom is the (twice) past President of Vermont Higher Education Council, served a term as a commissioner on the regional accrediting body, NECHE, and was the Governor of Vermont’s appointment to the New England Higher Education Board from 2011-2017. He is the author of six novels, including the international bestseller, The Headmaster’s Wife, and one collection of essays. His fiction has been translated into 14 languages and has won many awards and honors. He is also the creator of the Vermont Book Awards, and founded Hunger Mountain, a national literary journal.

David Rubin

David has been a higher education and nonprofit administrator in Vermont for over 25 years. Currently a consultant specializing in grants administration and organizational development, he previously served as AVP and Associate Dean in the Vermont State Colleges System. Prior to that, he was a Senior Manager at Capstone Community Action, focusing on workforce development and federal grants. David has been principally involved in several of the largest and most successful federally funded workforce development initiatives in Vermont over the past few decades.

Ryan Collette

Ryan Collette is an accomplished web developer and marketing professional with 20 years of experience in brand management, digital and print communications, website design, and integrated marketing strategy. As the owner of RYCO Design—a New Hampshire-based studio—he has developed and delivered innovative creative solutions that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and enrich the consumer experience for educational institutions and non-profit organizations throughout New England.
